Denouement Records releases Louis Stewart's Piano Album.

Denouement Records recently acquired part of the VEE Records catalogue for a
series of reissues as well as the expansion of the label to include Denouement
Jazz. The first CD scheduled for reissue in late March of 2002 is Frankie V
"Smooth Ride" featuring Arturo Sandoval.
January, 2002
Denouement Records is currently finishing its next CD featuring American composers
Aaron Copland, Walter Piston, Kevin Kaska, Jack Jarrett, and Louis Stewart.
This album was recorded January 27 and February 3, 2002 at Saint Cecilias
Church in Boston, MA. Members of the Boston Metropolitan Orchestra.conducted
by David Callahan will be performing Walter Pistons Divertimento and instrumental
excerpts from Louis Stewarts off-Broadway musicals Prelude to Cambodia
Agonistes and Tango from Shanghai Lils. Composer Kevin
Kaska wrote a new work for pianist Louis Stewart entitled Prelude for Piano
and Chamber Orchestra. Jack Jarrett recorded his own Concertino for Piano and
Chamber. A newly discovered suite from Aaron Coplands Our Town was also.

October, 2001
Gregory Peterson, organist, will be recording a solo organ album in summer of
2002. This album will be recorded at Old South Church in Boston where Peterson
is music director of the congregation. He has commissioned a new work, Toccata,
from Kevin Kaska to be premiered on this organ extravaganza.
